Employees ages 18-64, working at least 20 hours per week and actively-at-work spouses/partners ages 18-49, who apply with the eligible employee will have fewer health-related questions to answer, will not have a medical exam, and most will not have to provide medical records as proof of good health if you apply during this special enrollment.
